SweetWater Brewing Co., a subsidiary of Tilray Manufacturers, unveiled its latest craft brew: Daytrip IPA.
An addition to SweetWater’s year-round flagship line, Daytrip IPA (6.6% ABV) is an American-style IPA bursting with vibrant, juicy, undeniably tropical flavors and a easy, refreshing end, the corporate says. The distinctive style is achieved by a mix of Columbus, Citra, Waimea, Mosaic and Simcoe hops, creating a mix of tropical and citrus fruit flavors, all balanced by 2-Ros, Munich, Carafoam and Crystal malts, it provides.
“With rising shopper demand for extra approachable IPA choices, we’re excited to current Daytrip IPA. It captures the daring, dynamic hop traits SweetWater followers adore, whereas presenting a delightfully decrease bitterness,” stated Prinz Pinakatt, chief progress officer at Tilray Drinks, in a press release. “Rigorous analysis and intensive testing have gone into perfecting this recipe, and selecting premium substances. We’re assured that Daytrip IPA will resonate with customers and solidify our management within the IPA class — a cornerstone of our brewery — and can ship on the promise of feeling such as you’ve discovered an island-inspired escape.”
